Responsibilities
Program building automation systems (BAS) including HVAC, lighting, and energy management controls
Develop control logic, sequences of operation, graphics, and system documentation
Commission and troubleshoot BAS installations to ensure proper operation and performance
Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, and field technicians to deliver high-quality control solutions
Support system upgrades, retrofits, and ongoing maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Engineering (or equivalent experience) is required
3+ years of experience BAS programming (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Trane, Distech, Schneider, etc.)
Must have strong knowledge of HVAC systems
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
