They are seeking a Vice President of Sales & New Business Development to drive new business development across the United States, focusing on B2B prospects and personally identifying and closing new opportunities.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B new business development strategy aligned with company goals
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Personally lead prospecting, outreach, and direct engagement with potential customers across the United States
Drive lead generation efforts and establish relationships with key decision-makers
Develop and negotiate high-value deals, contracts, and partnerships
Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets are achieved
Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategy
Identify gaps in the market and recommend innovative solutions to capture new opportunities
Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on growth strategies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance to align business development initiatives with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
Proven track record of personally driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals
B2B sales experience with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong sales acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to motivate and influence stakeholders
Effective problem-solving, customer service, organizational, and strategic planning skills
Analytical skills to evaluate data, interpret market trends, and make informed decisions
Strong mathematical skills, including probability, statistical analysis, and applying ratios and percentages in practical situations
Willing to maintain a fast-paced travel schedule nationwide (45-50%)
