Responsibilities
Own and manage full cycle accounting for multiple entities
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows)
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accounting integrity
Coordinate accounting with the Project Accountant to support project reporting
Work with external accountants and tax professionals for tax filings
Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
Provide financial insight to leadership and help translate accounting results into business context
Drive improvements in accounting processes and controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of accounting functions
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel and general accounting software
Preferred
Construction industry accounting experience a plus
Experience handling multiple entities' accounting
Familiarity with project cost accounting
