Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to analyze attrition, retirements, and new business plans to proactively develop robust staffing strategies
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels and new programs are staffed for successful openings.ourcore competencies and quality standards
Orchestrate and extend competitive job offers, including the management of sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and counter-offer scenarios
Leverage modern AI tools to optimize sourcing and efficiency within the recruitment lifecycle
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
Must reside within 1–2 hours of Rome, Calhoun, or Chatsworth, GA for regular onsite facility visits
Previous experience recruiting within a Healthcare environment
Preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
