Help Desk Specialist - Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
ENS Solutions, LLC is a service-disabled veteran owned IT consulting and management firm. They are seeking a Help Desk Specialist who will independently manage multiple complex work assignments, providing technical assistance and resolving issues in a classified environment.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience serving customers who need technical assistance via phone or e-mail; troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and/or software issues, and providing quick resolution and customer service
Demonstrated experience working help desk issues in a classified environment, excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated experience serving customers who need technical assistance via phone or e-mail; troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and/or software issues, and providing quick resolution and customer service
Demonstrated experience working help desk issues in a classified environment, excellent oral and written communication skills
Minimum 6 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Shall possess a degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
