Responsibilities
Oversee active loan files to ensure all timelines and closing deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and third-party vendors for smooth closings
Complete and deliver weekly loan status updates
Maintain proactive, consistent communication with all parties involved
Collect and review borrower documentation following initial loan consultations
Review income and asset documentation for completeness and underwriting readiness
Prepare and submit complete pre-approval files to underwriting
Support follow-up and engagement with pre-approved borrowers to maintain momentum
Review closed loan files for accuracy and completeness
Ensure all required documents are properly executed and uploaded
Maintain compliance with company, investor, and state audit standards
Support post-closing delivery and audit preparation
Qualification
Required
Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized
Experienced with Arive LOS and residential loan processing
Strong in communication, follow-through, and client service
Able to manage multiple files, timelines, and compliance requirements with precision
