Responsibilities
Evolve the HR Technology team into an agile organization by establishing sprint rituals, release management, and standard practices
Serve as the executive owner for the Oracle HCM preparation, including scope, vendor governance, timeline, and risk management
Align with IT leadership on cloud architecture, data security, and non-production strategies
Oversee enterprise integrations between Oracle HCM and existing platforms including iCIMS (Talent Acquisition), ServiceNow (HR Service Delivery), and UKG Workforce Management
Lead the creation of cutover, hyper-care, and stabilization plans to ensure successful system transitions
Identify and drive enhancements within UKG Workforce Management to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy
Overhaul intake and demand management, implementing product-line backlogs and quarterly capacity planning
Define staffing ratios and capacity measures for onshore/offshore teams to ensure sustainable outputs for both strategic initiatives and daily operations
Partner with the People Analytics team to co-author a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring solutions enable executive dashboards and predictive insights
Manage vendor relationships, SOW/contract negotiations, and overall budget stewardship for HR technology initiatives
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of leadership experience in HR Technology or HRIS within an enterprise-level environment
Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle HCM or similar enterprise-level cloud implementations
Demonstrated success in building agile product teams and navigating complex organizational change
Deep experience partnering with IT departments on system architecture, integrations, security, and operations
Experience managing global support models and leading offshore teams (specifically in India)
Hands-on experience with a tech stack that includes Oracle HCM, UKG, UKG Workforce Management, iCIMS, and ServiceNow
Familiarity with HR data platforms, BI/analytics, and data privacy/compliance standards
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to own a multi-year technology roadmap
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
