Responsibilities
Own monthly revenue accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities
Review customer contracts and purchase orders to assess revenue treatment under ASC 606, especially for multi-element arrangements
Partner with Legal, Sales, Billing, and FP&A teams to review deals and ensure appropriate revenue recognition
Draft technical memos and support documentation for internal stakeholders and auditors
Prepare monthly revenue and cost of revenue reporting packages and assist with internal KPI tracking
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of revenue policies and internal controls
Support special projects tied to systems, automation, and process improvements across the broader accounting function
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of relevant experience in revenue accounting, GL accounting, or public accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CPA in process
Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition best practices
Comfortable with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
