Bilingual Call Center Specialist - 29039_PC

They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals and patients, handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails while ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional support via phone and email
Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, order status, pricing, billing, and delivery
Accurately process orders, returns, and adjustments in compliance with company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and support tools
Escalate complex or urgent issues to specialized teams as appropriate
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Minimum 2 years in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
Minimum 1 year experience in a contact center or virtual contact center setting
Strong background in order management and issue resolution
Proficient in CRM and ERP systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite
English required
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting healthcare or medical device clients is a plus
Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
