They are seeking a customer-focused Assistant Manager who will contribute to a positive work environment and help the store with profitable growth while supporting commercial sales activities.

Responsibilities
Listen to customers' needs and help find solutions while completing transactions in our point-of-sale system
Test automotive electrical systems (alternator, starter, battery) and change vehicle batteries when required & become proficient of all test equipment
Service watch / key fob batteries
Repair smartphones, tablets and other devices
Program key fobs and cut automotive replacement keys for customer vehicles
Help maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing while keeping up with store appearance by keeping it clean and uncluttered
Lift product weighing 10-20 lbs. on a regular and frequent basis, 21-50 lbs. on an occasional basis, and more than 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis
Act as Store Manger when SM is not present
Other tasks as determined by SM
Qualification
Required
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent
Able to effectively manage confrontational situations in a controlled and courteous manner
1 years of retail management experience, preferably within a durable goods
Strong oral and written communication skills
Cash Management Experience
Ability to multitask and be flexible to meet the needs of the business including peak seasons and special events
The ability to work at multiple locations up to 20 miles from home location
Strong technical aptitude; a basic understanding of electronics
