Responsibilities
Drive the structural evolution of the Shared Services and HR Operations teams to support major workforce transition initiatives
Design and build the future-state Shared Services organization, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
Lead "Movement of Work" activities to ensure seamless operational migrations and stakeholder alignment across the enterprise
Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to define successful transition pathways and future-state designs
Establish comprehensive competency frameworks, training programs, and career pathways to build a change-ready workforce
Standardize workflows and service delivery models in collaboration with Knowledge Management and Process Improvement resources
Implement best-in-class practices for service intake, case management, and escalation protocols
Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies to ensure stakeholder readiness for new processes and technologies
Define governance structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Shared Services division
Oversee the implementation of Service Catalogs and Tiered Support Models to ensure long-term scalability
Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles specifically within HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery
A proven track record of successful organizational transformation and operating model design
Expertise in process optimization, knowledge management, and large-scale change management
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and executive leadership
Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, UKG, or iCIMS
Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
Familiarity with global service delivery and offshore support models is highly preferred
