Perform more complex laboratory procedures and experiments with minimal supervision
Analyze experimental results and report findings to senior team members
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs and maintenance
Participate in the design and optimization of experimental protocols
Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute research projects
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
