Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers
Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory
Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles
Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma
5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales
minimum of 10 years of directly related experience
The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business
Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff
Clean driving record
Computer skills
Preferred
College degree
Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
SAP experience A PLUS!
