Responsibilities

Leads and develops a team of sales leaders by driving financial results, ensuring consistent performance and behavioral standards, maintaining a strong internal and external talent pipeline, and supporting ongoing professional growth
Cultivates C-suite and senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at major customers, industry partners, and GPOs through visible and active industry engagement
Delivers financial performance by meeting or exceeding plans, managing P&L impact, overseeing complex bids, proposals, and contract negotiations, and maximizing ROI on customer and event sponsorship investments
Collaborates cross-functionally to streamline communication, remove barriers, standardize processes, and support national account tools including Salesforce, Quarterly Business Reviews, and third-party ePro drivers
Analyzes market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer data to inform strategy and identify new revenue and value-creation opportunities
Strengthens brand awareness through strategic engagement with local, regional, and national industry organizations
Coordinates proactively across verticals and with the contracts team to align on contract strategy, terms, and conditions while mitigating risk, protecting profitability, and maintaining competitive positioning
Participates in long-range strategic planning by connecting multi-year business objectives to actionable initiatives

Required

Candidates may live anywhere within the U.S., provided they are located near a major airport and comfortable with up to 75% travel
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
9+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar national or enterprise accounts across multiple customer segments
7+ years of leadership experience building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing sales leaders while driving accountability, engagement, and professional growth
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity
