Responsibilities
Manages large-scale technology projects or programs that have high risk, high cost and or high visibility in the organization
Facilitates the development of business requirements to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
Develops strategies and priorities to ensure the maximum utilization of available computer and network resources toward efficient and effective information processing to achieve goals and objectives and future needs
Manages the project portfolio of the technology department through inter-departmental project phases
Analyzes customer business processes and recommends technical solutions to gain efficiencies or drive improvements
Serves as liaison between the technology department and outside departments
Attends meetings and represents the department to plan and design technology and information system initiatives and to obtain and provide information
Evaluates and responds to customer needs through service reviews, feedback and service-level monitoring
Validates business impact of completed projects
Identifies and communicates with executive level project sponsors and various stakeholders
Performs related work as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Information Systems, Information Technology, Business or Public Administration or related discipline
Four (4) years of facilitation, troubleshooting, technology-related conflict resolution, design, and tech planning or related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Must submit to fingerprinting for criminal history check
Must complete the annual security awareness training
Must provide one's own source of transportation
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history
