$25/hr - $33/hrAkkodis is working with a top client to add a skilled Automotive Technician to their team. The role involves providing support and conducting labor time studies for OEM dealerships, requiring electrical diagnostic experience and bumper to bumper repair skills.

Responsibilities
Consults with various client contacts (external) and subject matter experts (internal and external) to gather product specific information
High level of proficiency in developing wiring, diagnostic and technical writing projects in multiple authoring environments based on the level of equity assigned
Participates in meetings with clients and co-workers
Develops technical information using client supplied resources, such subject matter experts, product teardowns and engineering schematics
Qualification
Required
Some electrical diagnostic experience
Ability to read and write electrical diagrams
Bumper to bumper repair experience
Knowledge of and ability to describe electronic and electrical fundamentals
Knowledge of and ability to describe mechanical procedures
Knowledge of and ability to describe flat rate labor time methods and processes
Knowledge of and ability to describe modern automotive systems
Knowledge of PC based software and ability to type
Preferred
State or ASE certifications
Knowledge of modern light truck diesel applications
Knowledge of automotive hybrid powertrains
