B2B - Business Development Representative
Atlantic-IT.net is seeking a Business Development Representative who excels at generating demand and creating opportunities for growth. The role involves researching prospects, building relationships, and engaging in conversations around cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI, and automation products and services.
Responsibilities
Helping businesses understand how our solutions can solve their challenges
Research and engage potential clients through multiple channels
Build rapport and establish trust with key decision-makers
Identify pain points early, present ideas and position our solutions effectively
Understand market trends and business operations
Book appointments and collaborate between internal and external teams
Consistently hit or exceed agreed-upon targets
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development and/or marketing is required
3-5 years of experience in appointment setting and lead generation is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) is required
Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is required
Preferred
Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar systems is preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred
Experience with scheduling tools is preferred
Experience with sales engagement platforms is preferred
