Responsibilities
Configure and build ATS workflows, templates, job structures, and candidate lifecycle logic
Design and implement workflow automation for high-volume and corporate recruiting
Build and support API-based integrations between ATS and HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayforce)
Partner with PMs to translate future-state designs into executable system configuration
Support large-scale data migration and field mapping efforts
Troubleshoot integration issues, data flow errors, and automation failures
Identify and propose automation opportunities across recruiting processes
Qualification
Required
6+ years of HR technology implementation experience
Hands-on ATS implementation/build-out experience (iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Lever, Avature, Taleo, etc.)
Experience integrating ATS with HCM platforms (Workday, Dayforce, UKG, ADP, SAP SF, Oracle HCM, etc.)
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
Experience designing recruiting or HR workflow automation
Preferred
Dayforce, iCIMS, Paradox
Exposure to chatbot or conversational automation
Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic)
