Responsibilities
Independently consult with stakeholders to develop Power Platform solutions
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
Support Dataverse environments, DevOps/ALM processes, and Power Platform administration
Participate in the full change management lifecycle, including testing and deployment
Mentor junior staff and provide guidance to the team
Stay current with emerging Power Platform trends and features
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in software application support, administration, or development
Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and connecting to various data sources/APIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
