Responsibilities
Processing, organizing, and recording invoices
Generating and mailing refunds or payables and handling payable-related inquiries
Managing direct‑deposit processes and preparing reports for supervisor approval
Verifying invoice accuracy, coding invoices, posting payments, and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining vendor files, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end close
Running reports, approving expense reports, scanning/processing invoices, and supporting AP subsystems
Promote an environment of inclusion, respect, and belonging
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of four (4) years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with computerized accounting systems
Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
college degree in a related field
