Responsibilities
Develop and optimize strategy related to Epic-workflows and performance requirements
Windows OS Images and Clinical End Points
Understanding of Epic Systems
Active Director and Group Policy Objects (GPO) tuning
Citrix performance improvements
Collaboration with EPIC Application teams to align workstation and clinical workflows
Walk Clinical Floors to observe and provide feedback
Lead small technical teams to execute and optimize tasks and progress
Document changes, improvements and provide status updates to IT Leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Windows image creation and management
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and endpoint configuration
Familiarity with EPIC workflows and performance requirements
