Client owner dataload updates
Goal updates
Campaign updates
Lead loading
Pricebook updates
Assist In Salesforce Development Work Through Jira Stories Including
Updating/ creating service requests including metadata (primary development work)
Updating flows
Editing permission sets
Update playbook and attend monthly releases to validate user stories
Other Miscellaneous Administration Tasks Including
Daily deactivation of users within Salesforce
Troubleshooting any Salesforce questions asked by users through Email or Teams
