Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design

Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment
Qualification
Required
University degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on information technology
Agile Project Management in IT area
Scrum Skills, experience working in a Scaled agile environment
Very good skill with MS Office Suite
Good Jira and Confluence skills
Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
Politically savvy and excellent in stakeholder management
Fluency in English, any further language is a plus
Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment
Very good ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way
8+ years of professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactor's area
Used to and willing to work in and with agile teams
SAP SuccessFactors: Platform, SAP Cloud, BTP, Story Reports, SuccessFactors EC and minimum 2-3 other modules, preferably Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
Integration: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Integration (CI, formerly CPI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way
Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design
