Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to develop and track mid- and long-term strategic roadmaps
Coordinate strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
Own and evolve the scorecard to monitor progress across business units
Lead monthly reporting to synthesize performance and progress for leadership
Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings and follow-ups
Conduct deep dives to support decision-making and strategic direction
Build trusted relationships and drive alignment across teams
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience, including 8+ in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or consulting
3+ years in an operating company, translating strategy into execution
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Strong analytical thinking with a practical mindset
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Fluency in Japanese is a plus
