Manage high-asset and complex divorce and matters from intake through resolution
Lead legal strategy, discovery, negotiations, hearings, and trials
Supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Oversee case workflow, staffing, and quality control
Participate in client intake and serve as a strategic advisor to clients
Contribute to process improvement, operational efficiency, and business development
Qualification
Required
7+ years of substantive matrimonial and experience
Experience handling complex and high-net-worth matters
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Strong litigation, negotiation, and client-counseling skills
Familiarity with legal technology and practice management systems
Ability to work in-office in White Plains, NY
Preferred
Sales, client management, or business development exposure
