Responsibilities
You'll be the face of our credit union, providing a range of services that go beyond basic transactions
Handle teller transactions, open new accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, and fund loans with accuracy and a friendly demeanor
Cross-sell products and services, helping members discover solutions that meet their financial needs
Resolve escalated, complex member and associate issues with a consultative approach that builds trust and long-term relationships
Be inspirational role model. Your behavior, qualities, and success serves as an example for others to emulate, inspiring them to develop or strive for similar achievements, often without direct instruction
Qualification
Required
Identify member's needs, process Teller transactions, open and fund a wide range of new accounts and loan types, and refer members to business partners for additional products and services including Investments, Mortgage Loan and Business Services
Resolve issues with a consultative approach that builds trust and long-term relationships with members and associates
Cross-sell products and services, helping members discover solutions that meet their financial needs
Ability to write and speak in an approachable yet professional manner
Assist with coaching and developing an all-star team that is motivated to exceed expectations
Ability to understand and use various systems and software
Must be available Monday through Saturday, with schedules varying between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays
Willingness to undergo thorough background and credit checks
Requires one year of recent senior, team lead, or manager on duty level experience within banking or credit union environment
