Responsibilities
Review, verify, and process invoices using 3-way matching
Enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve statement discrepancies in coordination with Team Lead
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
Assist with year-end inventory-related activities
Maintain detailed and organized transaction records
Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable team
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
Experience with 3-way matching and merchandise invoicing
Proficiency in Excel and general accounting software
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
Experience handling multiple vendors in a high-volume environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Contract-to-hire availability strongly preferred
