Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation and migration projects
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality using Waterfall and Agile
Develop and track project budgets, forecasts, risks, and dependencies
Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to drive outcomes
Provide executive-level status reporting, risk escalation, and governance updates
Coordinate cross-functional application, infrastructure, and integration teams
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices

Required

Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations
Strong Oracle ERP implementation and migration experience

Demonstrated budget management and financial tracking skills
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

PMP or equivalent certification
