Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting applications for sales leadership
Provide insights on field performance, trends, and account analytics
Design and manage incentive compensation plans for field teams
Generate insights for targeting and account planning at the healthcare provider level
Serve as the commercial owner of the CRM, ensuring data integrity and usability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes
Support launch activities and ongoing commercial evolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field
5-7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech Sales Operations or Commercial Analytics
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and CRM systems
Experience supporting field sales teams and collaborating with field leadership
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Solid understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical data sets (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy)
Strong project management and communication skills
