Responsibilities
Lead the UFE platform roadmap, coordinating across multiple product backlogs to create a unified user experience that advances the overall maturity of our enterprise finance solutions
Build and ship AI-powered features that demonstrably improve customer efficiency. Define the AI product strategy that differentiates UFE in the market and leverage AI for product development velocity
Use data relentlessly to drive decisions - you must love data and know how to get it, use it, and execute based on what's available. Translate financial metrics and business KPIs into product strategy with solid business and financial acumen
Drive strategic alignment with senior leaders using data and insights. Analyze initiatives for ROI and extract maximum commercial value through packaging, pricing, and new feature development
Provide ongoing market analysis by tracking competitive dynamics in ERP, EPM, and financial reporting segments. Identify customer requirements through win/loss calls and voice-of-customer interviews
Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to drive delivery of requirements, including definition, prioritization, trade-offs, and execution of release goals across distributed teams
Execute new product launch plans, partnering with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to provide product education, demonstrations, and expertise to internal and external customers
Collaborate with Customer Success teams to drive highly effective customer experience as measured by NPS, understanding and improving the end-to-end customer journey
Champion the UFE vision across the organization - from front-line teams to executive stakeholders - translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
Ensure UFE delivers as a true cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform with enterprise-grade scalability, maintaining consistency in UX, data models, and APIs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Product Management experience in Cloud/SaaS Software development with experience creating or deploying complex enterprise-ready platforms
Proven experience coordinating across multiple products or backlogs to create unified user experiences
Demonstrated track record building and shipping AI-powered product features that improve customer efficiency
Strong data analysis skills with proven ability to use metrics to drive product decisions and strategic direction
Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional groups to accomplish product, solution, and revenue goals
Strong product understanding and market background in ERP, EPM, financial reporting, or business intelligence markets
Experience working with distributed engineering and product teams
Deep understanding of cloud architectures and multi-tenant SaaS delivery models
Experience with ERP software and differences between platforms including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Business Central, and other commercial ERPs
Typically 10-15% travel
Preferred
Knowledge of major ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and their ecosystems strongly preferred
Experience helping customers adopt cloud-based products and agile technology organizations preferred
