Vice President of Sales

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Own revenue targets, margin performance, and sales forecasting
Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key airline, MRO, OEM, broker, and defense customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand signals
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales organization (inside sales, account management, business development)
Standardize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management
Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and incentive plans
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or industrial distribution
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading sales teams
Strong understanding of aircraft parts distribution, inventory-driven sales, and margin management
Experience selling to airlines, MROs, defense, or aviation operators preferred
