Responsibilities
Works in the maintenance department, includes performs daily maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical work
Discuss evaluations and performance, provide by the Facility Maintenance Manager A, which he recommends disciplinary actions when needed, and conflict resolution
Assure Quality Assurance through audits and staff in-services, aiding in improvement in the maintenance department and adherence to policy and procedure standards
Reports resident complaints and incidents, collaborating with Facility Maintenance Manager A to ensure all complaints and incidents are properly handled
Safety, maintain a safe, clean and effective work environment for residents and employees
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance
Completion of a two-year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering
Twelve semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses
