Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI and Generative AI use cases
Guide lines of business on how to experiment with, integrate, and measure AI solutions
Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, data governance, and product teams to move AI initiatives into production
Gather, document, and manage business requirements, system requirements, analytics needs, and UAT
Break down complex, ambiguous problems into well-defined use cases and roadmaps
Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate AI performance and business impact
Support the full product lifecycle, including launch, iteration, and continuous improvement
Monitor user feedback, KPIs, and market trends to refine product strategy
Identify and mitigate risks related to AI solutions, including data, ethics, and compliance considerations
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including: Machine learning, Generative AI, Data science fundamentals, Model lifecycle management
Experience with product or project management, preferably in Agile environments
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, particularly Azure and Bedrock
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with: Data scientists, Engineers, Business and executive stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Understanding of data science practices and methodologies for measuring AI use cases
Awareness of data ethics, responsible AI, and risk management
Familiarity with software development practices, version control, and deployment strategies
Experience supporting or defining AI strategies for business units
Consulting experience within product or project management
Background in financial services or a related regulated industry
