Responsibilities
Responsible for implementation testing uncertainty assessment programs
Participating in quality accident investigation and analysis, providing technical proposals, ensuring compliance of testing quality with existing effective standard requirements
Responsible for implementation proficiency testing and internal test comparation
Taking care of test instruments and equipment, responsible for routine maintenance and inspection
Responsible for each testing sample management
Responsible for sample visual inspection, quantity inventory and successful verification, sample reception, registration, coding and marking
Responsible for sample distribution, circulation and recovery, checking whether the sample is intact in distribution and recovery, completing registration in sample recovery
Samples shall be kept by categories, testing types and code numbers, and clearly marked, indistinctive and accessible
Preventing the sample room from fire, explosion, theft or other insecurities
Responsible for sample room environment control and maintenance, minimizing change in nature in storage
Responsible for processing and registration of due samples
Responsible to collect certification information, certificate based on the certification process and achieve certification
Responsible to arrange, file, and update the certification and test report
Responsible to collect the check list after certification and inform related staffs
Responsible for product annual audit and related issue
Responsible for 3C printing symbol’s filing and annual audit
Responsible to develop, execute product’s annual and daily test plan and make report
Responsible for new product and changed product’s inspection & testing and make report
Responsible for outsourcing test’s operation and control
Responsible to inspect the supplier’s new material & accessory certification
Responsible to take measures and follow up on the related issue during the process
Responsible to make and update related test method as well as working instruction for equipment operation, and operate based on the working instruction
Responsible to train workshop inspector about testing standard and inspection method
Responsible for the inspection equipment’s daily maintenance
Responsible for laboratory’s 5s management, temperature and humidity’s control and record
Responsible for hazardous material’s usage management and record
Reports to prepare and submit: Daily, weekly and monthly report, type test report, customer report and accessories report
Qualification
Required
Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
Working experience on the company's production site, be familiar with the related processes of glass manufacturing
Relevant Bachelor Degree or above (Science and Technology majors - Preferred)
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less
