Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project
Manage and maintain insurance program performance metrics
Qualification
Required
IICRC Certifications
Insurance mitigation experience
Xactimate estimating software experience
Proven track record and personality for sales
Excellent verbal and written skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
3-5 years of experience in the Restoration Industry
Operations Manager experience a plus
