Responsibilities
The Expat Payroll Sr Analyst performs business analysis support for the Global Payroll Services organization
Serves as subject matter expert for Expat Payroll processes and procedures
Creates and manages the documentation of internal procedures and business requirements
Executes test plans and identifies and documents discrepancies found through the ability to accurately assess output against expected results; Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, communicates issues and results clearly, and retests as required
Creates and run data verification reports utilizing queries
Interacts with multiple stakeholders on production and project support
Plans and execute complex projects and coordinate over a broader departmental spectrum
Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams, and is involved in coaching and training of new members
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in a related role
Demonstrated execution capabilities
In-depth understanding and knowledge while contributing to the development of new techniques and processes and for the area or function
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
