Leading efforts related to Oracle Health outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts
Lead weekly check-ins in partnership with the Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy
Monitoring payments and tracking action items
Responsible for process improvement
Understanding various tools and systems and outlining core pain points impacting the Customer base
Lead workstreams and Customer conversations to address root cause issues and end to end process flow to ensure invoices are addressed and Customer experience is improved
