Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct software trainings and data reviews using Archer Analysis and associated data at customer sites and/or remotely
Provide remote/onsite customer educations on software pipelines and features
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and troubleshooting cases via email and calls
Discuss and resolve challenging cases collaboratively with other members of the Customer Success team
Engage in pre-sales conversations when technical expertise is required
Qualification
Required
Postgraduate degree in Genomics or Bioinformatics (or a related discipline). An equivalent combination of training and experience (minimum 3-5 years) will also be considered
Hands on involvement analyzing NGS data through academic or professional experience
Ability to travel at least 50% within defined territory and occasionally supporting other territories as needed
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20lb, any other physical requirements
Preferred
Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NGS clinical oncology solutions applications and/or experience within the Life Sciences industry
Experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
Previous experience in customer support or another customer facing role with demonstrated internal and external relationship-management skills in the genomics industry
