Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain unified communications and collaboration systems
Configure and troubleshoot networking devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches
Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
Create and present detailed infrastructure designs, including test plans, resource estimates, and schedules
Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture and configuration
Perform regular system audits to ensure high availability, security, and performance
Support other IT-related initiatives as assigned
Analyze warehouse operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Implement initiatives to improve merchandise flow and delivery performance
Provide data-driven recommendations for operational enhancements
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with company values
Support a culture of safety, well-being, and two-way communication across teams
Strengthen relationships with internal departments, vendors, and external partners
Ensure efficient inventory management and warehouse operations through effective communication and planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of hands-on experience in network administration
Proficient in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting networking hardware and firewalls
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server Administration
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
Strong working knowledge of DNS and DHCP
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Works independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Demonstrates initiative and a drive for continuous improvement
Committed to delivering high performance and inspiring others
Flexibility to work overtime during critical business periods or special projects
Preferred
Experience with Linux environments is a plus
