Technical Support Specialist
Haystack is collaborating with ABB, a global market leader, to offer a Technical Support Specialist role. This position focuses on providing expert technical support, managing customer relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and case management.

Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support and problem-solving, remotely or on-site, across various service categories
Offer technical consulting on service solutions to management, factory quality, and customers
Manage customer relationships and maintain regular contact with key clients
Ensure complete, concise, and accurate documentation of customer interactions and case management
Create and modify documentation like procedures and methods to meet business and customer needs
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours technical support
Travel up to 20% for site escalations and training opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 1+ years of experience servicing critical power equipment
Alternatively, an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with 3+ years' experience, or 5+ years equivalent work/military experience servicing critical power equipment (UPS, STS, PDU, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act as a specialist in your area
Excellent communication skills to interface with customers and internal teams
Experience documenting customer interactions and technical procedures
A valid work authorization for the US is required
