Responsibilities
Responsible for development, further growth, and retention of top-tier VIC Clientele
A focus on overall increase in number of Elite Clientele as well Elite spending
Provide exceptional client service and after-sales support to every boutique visitor, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience
Exhibit a passion for understanding and anticipating client needs, putting them at the center of every interaction
Active recruitment of new VIC clientele through local market activations and events
Build and manage a dynamic client book to drive proactive growth in sales and overall business performance
Responsible for building and managing an individual consignment and stylist business
Consistently exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach
Demonstrate expertise in curating personalized, versatile, and timeless wardrobes, supported by a deep understanding of fashion culture
Demonstrate a transparent and genuine approach with clients, fostering meaningful and lasting connections
Maintain clear, professional, and respectful communication with clients and colleagues
Provide training support to team members as needed
Effectively use all available tools and resources to optimize business opportunities and drive results
Proactively support and collaborate with both front and back-of-house teams to strengthen overall performance and team morale
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, upholding the highest standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality
Established client book targeting clients within the local market
Proven experience providing exceptional service in luxury retail, customer service, or hospitality environments, ideally within fashion and accessories
A collaborative team player
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to be equally comfortable interacting with top clients within a service context, as well as socializing personally in more formal settings
Thorough understanding and passion for luxury and fashion
Extensive experience servicing high-net worth and demanding clientele
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills
Must be able to work with highly confidential information
Personal presentation of the highest standards
Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit, focused on driving performance and achieving common goals
High energy and a strong work ethic, combined with demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to teamwork and a positive team environment
Adaptable and comfortable with technology, quickly able to learn new tools and applications
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills in English and the local language; additional languages are an asset
