Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion
Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors and consultants
Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
Review drawings and specs for constructibility
Lead MEP coordination and punch list completion
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Background in construction management, engineering, or architecture
Procore and AutoCAD
