Responsibilities

Coordination and execution of SI&T engineering Lab requirements
Maintaining and standardizing lab infrastructure, to meet program requirements. Responsibilities also include supporting AS 9100/ISO 9001 audits, DCMA audits and EHS audits
Ensure lab personnel operate to standard lab run rules and applicable SI&T policies within the lab, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality controls, 6S, FOD/FOE, Equipment Calibration, Raytheon Property controls, ESD controls, Housekeeping, Shelf-life Controls, Preventative Maintenance, and Ergonomics
Manage logistics of various SI&T competing contract requirements

Required

Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with lab safety
Experience with 6S and/or Housekeeping
Experience with the Quality processes regarding test equipment calibration requirements and AS 9100/ISO 9001 audits
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Preferred

Asset Management Systems experience (Aramis and SAP)
Working Knowledge of SI&T lab run rules, policies, and procedures
Knowledge of ESD Controls (Garment control, wrist straps, SSWS, and monitoring)
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Highly motivated self-starter; Can work independently with minimum supervision
