Compensation Vice President

The role involves facilitating salary and bonus processes, conducting compensation modeling and analyses, and collaborating with various partners on human capital analytics.

Responsibilities
Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes and provide end to end support throughout the process
Facilitate Analyst Program Mid-Year Compensation process
Compensation modeling and analyses
Compensation competitive benchmarking
Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets - all with accompanying analytics
Preparation of senior management exhibits and presenting to management teams to make critical business decisions
Partner with clients on a wide variety of human capital analytics (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, ad-hoc requests)
Collaborate with various partners, including HR Business Partners, Corporate Compensation, Executive Compensation, Finance. HR Operations, and Senior Clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
6+ Years Professional Related Work Experience, preferably in Investment Banking or Global Capital Markets
Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way
Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders
Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed and problem-solve autonomously
Strong client focus and team player
Must have superior attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Interest in learning new systems and technologies
Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processes
