Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives
Troubleshoot complex connectivity and security issues
Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams
Participate in onboarding, migrations, and optimization efforts
Provide SME guidance for best practices and future roadmap
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA & ZPA mandatory)
Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
Experience with enterprise security architectures
Ability to work onsite and engage with stakeholders
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred
Zscaler certifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
Exposure to Zero Trust or SASE frameworks
