Support Separately Managed Account work
Gather and document requirements
Work in advisory or wealth management environments
Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes
Communicate and engage with stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments
Influence decision-making at various levels of the organization
Translate for the business or technology to facilitate collaboration
Handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
Use statistical analysis and modeling
Qualification
Required
Traditional BSA experience plus Wealth Mgmt/SMA experience required
Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and documentation
Experience working in advisory or wealth management environments
Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes
Self-motivated and able to dig into work independently with minimal supervision or feedback
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with cross-functional teams and agile delivery environments
Solid understanding of the processes and systems in use (or the ability to quickly acquire the knowledge)
Ability to lead, influence, communicate, and interact with people of all levels across the organization and external partners as required
Demonstrated proficiency in effectively influencing decision-making at various levels of the organization
Attention to detail with the ability to translate for the business or technology in order to facilitate effective collaboration
Demonstrated proficiency with requirement and process tools (e.g., Visio, Provision, DOORS, HP Quality Center, etc.)
Ability to handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work within tight timeframes and deadlines
Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use statistical analysis and modeling
BA and/or BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
