Workforce Systems Integration Analyst - Remote

The Workforce Systems Integration Analyst will support workforce management technology by assisting with system integrations, maintaining data workflows, and contributing to API development, ensuring systems operate efficiently and in compliance with organizational requirements.

Responsibilities
Assists in the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workforce system integrations, APIs, and data workflows using established tools, standards, and documentation
Supports workforce management technology solutions related to timekeeping, scheduling, payroll workflows, and labor reporting in accordance with defined business, operational, and compliance requirements
Assists with gathering, documenting, and maintaining business and technical requirements, system configurations, and workflow diagrams to support workforce system enhancements
Supports the administration and configuration of workforce systems, including pay rules, scheduling rules, accruals, security roles, and related system settings, following established guidelines and review processes
Develops and maintains basic reports and structured query language (SQL) queries to support workforce reporting, audits, and operational decision-making, with guidance from senior team members
Monitors workforce systems for issues or data discrepancies, performs initial troubleshooting, and escalates complex or cross-system issues to senior engineers as appropriate
Follows established enterprise architecture standards, information security requirements, and system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes by participating in testing, documentation, and release activities as assigned
Collaborates with IT, HR, Payroll, and vendor partners to support workforce system requests, enhancements, and ongoing system operations
Maintains knowledge of workforce management technologies and tools and shares improvement ideas or enhancement opportunities with senior team members
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required
2-4 years of experience developing, supporting, or maintaining system integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), or data workflows required
Preferred
2-4 years of experience supporting workforce management systems, including timekeeping, scheduling, or payroll technology preferred
Hands-on experience supporting UKG / Kronos timekeeping and scheduling administration or configuration preferred
