Director of Quality Assurance
Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead organization-wide quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This senior-level role involves partnering with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements
Partner with department leaders to develop and audit SOPs
Conduct internal audits and analyze quality metrics
Identify quality risks and recommend corrective actions
Support quality oversight for workers’ compensation, employment claims, and risk management
Monitor regulatory changes and recommend policy updates
Prepare quality and compliance reports for leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or process improvement
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of QA methodologies and compliance standards
Occasional evenings/weekends
Travel to multiple locations required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Master's degree
Six Sigma, CAPM, CMQ/OE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar
