Compactor Management Company (CMC) is a growing company and manufacturer of waste and recycling equipment. They are seeking a Junior Odoo ERP Analyst to support Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements, manage and analyze data, and collaborate with teams to resolve ERP-related issues.

Responsibilities

Supporting Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements
Managing and analyzing data
Preparing reports
Optimizing business processes within the ERP system
Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues
Assisting in the development of new ERP features
Providing user training to ensure effective utilization of the system

Qualification

Odoo experiencePythonAccounting/Invoicing appPostgreSQLAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsDetail-orientedSelf-motivated

Required

2+ year hands-on Odoo experience as an admin, power user, junior consultant, or ERP owner
Experience with Accounting/Invoicing app and at least one other Odoo app (Inventory, Manufacturing, Field Service, etc.)
Knowledge of debits, credits, journals, invoices, and financial statements
Python and XML experience for Odoo customizations
Basic PostgreSQL knowledge and ability to run simple queries
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve processes
Experience with planning, organizing, and implementing projects effectively
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings clearly
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or within a team

Preferred

Experience developing Odoo custom modules or apps
Background in waste/recycling, field service, or equipment-heavy industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
