Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, including review of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Lead development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts; present financial results to leadership
Manage P&L performance for assigned business units (~$150M revenue); identify risks and opportunities
Partner with operations to validate project data, revenue recognition, cost projections, and productivity metrics
Analyze billing trends and improve financial processes and reporting tools
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
5-8 years of experience
Construction finance, project accounting, P&L ownership, leadership experience
Position is in office, not remote
Travel - up to 20%
